Suggested food pairing for Fanucchi Vineyards 2005 Trousseau Gris
Recipe: Spiced SalmonINGREDIENTS:
1. Combine all seasoning ingredients and spread over the top surface of the salmon. 2. Place Salmon filets in plastic bag and seal it. Place the Salmon (skin side down) in refrigerator for 4 hours. 3. Remove Salmon filets from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. 4. Place salmon filets, (skin-side down in a greased pan) in a pre-heated oven at 350 for 30 minutes. 5. Remove and serve immediately. Do not overcook!
