This top-of-the-line Prix reserve bottling once again shocks with its reflection of site-specific character. It presents aromas of smoky bacon, cocoa and roasted espresso beans, complimented by notes of cherry, clove, cinnamon, and anise. Its mouth-filling red and black licorice compliments long-finishing, tannin-wrapped hints of creamy cherry. Dare we say the joie de vivre of Burgundian attitude with the best of New World fruit?
