Sleepy Hollow is arguably one of the most famous vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation. These 30+ year old Martini Clone Pinot Noir vines are known for producing wines of intense varietal complexity, lively red fruit flavors counterpointed by an exotic spicy component.

Food and wine
